1. The flatness of the foundation surface is required to ensure the consistent thickness and uniform elasticity of the artificial lawn surface layer.The acceptance of artificial turf is mainly based on the flatness. In principle, the error range of 5mm for 3-meter ruler should be controlled. The slope: transverse 8‰, longitudinal 5‰, and semicircular 5‰.The surface should be flat and smooth to ensure drainage.
2, the foundation should have a certain strength and stability.
3, the surface is uniform and solid without obvious traces of pressure road, flat without cracks, no rotten edge pushing, loose, waves, pitting surface, smooth and smooth joints, no water blocking phenomenon.
4. The pad is compacted, and the rolling density of the stable layer shall not be less than 93%;After the medium roller press, there is no obvious wheel track, loose soil, waves and other phenomena.
5, cement foundation must have a waterproof layer, waterproof layer with new PVC thickened waterproof film, the junction should be greater than 300mm, the margin of the edge is greater than 150mm;During the site water test, after 120 minutes of rainwater drainage, water is allowed but the thickness of water should not be greater than 4mm;
6, need to consider leaving expansion joint, width in 5 mm.
7. The basic maintenance period is 2-3 weeks.
